What Makes a Residual Income Opportunity Better Than All The Rest?
Let’s take a moment to consider whether a ‘residual income’ business structure is perhaps a wiser choice than other business structures. After all, there are many ways to make money online, many different types of marketing plans, and more business models and products than you can count. But the main reason anyone looks for an online business opportunity is… they just want to make money.
And the best way to do that, without chaining yourself to your computer, is by finding a residual income business, or a residual income opportunity.
A ‘Residual Income’ type of business is described as one where you earn an ongoing income stream from one-time, upfront efforts. There is a great advantage to this type business, because you don’t have to continually work in order to keep getting paid. This is typically the pay plan used in most MLM opportunities.
However, there is usually a flaw to this business model which prevents 97% of those who get involved from ever making much money. That flaw is that the amounts earned as residual income are such a low percentage of the efforts of each person , that you need a small army of people working as your “organization” in order to make any serious amounts of ‘residual income’.
There is also usually the problem of attrition in MLM businesses, which means your downline will drop out because they aren’t making enough money, and this makes it hard to rely on the Residual Income you spent your time building.
Usually, the best way to make money fast in these particular opportunities is by your own sales efforts, because you need to have quite a large number working in your “organization” to make much in residuals.
The ideal business model is one where you earn large amounts in residual income, even if you have very few people involved in your own personal sales group.
